The academic experience in the State of Qatar has been launched since the beginning of the autumn semester 2015. My real professional experience started in 2014 at the Institute of Public Administration before joining the Ministry of Administrative Development, Labor and Social Affairs in Qatar. It was a rich and enjoyable experience. I was an administration development trainer for Qatari employees of various ranks and positions. With the development of the senior management’s confidence in me, I trained first and second-ranking department officials in all administrative fields, especially in planning, follow-up, implementation, and change management ... Although I joined the Community College, I kept on training every time I was assigned a specific training course after the approval of the college’s senior management.
The experience was short and did not exceed two years, but it was useful to me as I tried to integrate the theory with the practice in the institute, so I tried to entice them into the field of projects and institutions by teaching subjects of the enterprise culture and how to create our own business. I sensed the cooperation of the Dean College, chemical department head and all ISET staff.
After conducting an external debate, I was appointed to the National Pension Fund since 1998, where I spent 15 years as a practical administrative experience in which I worked in the field of health insurance, chronic diseases and exceptional diseases before I joined the pension and its dependents section, where I was supervising the process of disbursing retirement pensions, widows and orphans and a grant Capital upon death and with the development of the number of retirement files, I became the supervisor of the institutions’ retirement pensions, but at the same time I became the legal representative of the Fund before the courts of first instance, including the District Court, the Real Estate Court, the Social Security Judge, as well as the Court of Appeal. After that, I joined the State of Qatar after agreeing to the exceptional non-initiation, where my status changed after that to the Technical Cooperation Agency.
